You should see a vet. There is probably a reason for her behavior.

There could be underlying health issues, such as liver problems that can cause this. If your vet has already done a complete exam, stool check and bloodwork, and everything is normal, and she is a young & healthy dog, then she just might be a fussy eater. In that case just pick a high quality premium food and stick to it. Frequent diet changes often leads to dogs becoming picky eaters. I would put a bowl of dry down for her to eat whenever she wants. If she continues to lose weight, it might be time to see a veterinary internal medicine specialist for further workup.

Maybe she has some kind of medical problem making her not want an appetite. If she doesn't have a medical problem then try feeding a high quality puppy food to help her gain weight.

I recommend feeding Wellness puppy formula or Eagle pack holistic select.

If a dog gets hungry enough, they will eat anything. If she is "so skinny" she needs to see the vet. She could have an obstruction in her intestines, an underlying disease, something wrong with her teeth/mouth, etc. If she turns away everything, she needs to see the vet asap.
