Agnostic means there is a lack of knowledge. There are theist-agnostics and atheist-agnostics (like myself) as well.

The original meaning of the word agnostic means "know nothing." So for me I would rather believe in God than nothing.

That is not the definition of an agnostic, it just simply means that the person does not a practice a religion.

No, an agnostic is a person who believes we don't know - there's a possibility god is real, there's a possibility god is imaginary

Agnostic means a variety of things from apathy regarding the question of deity to formalized unknowability. Very often, it's not what you believe, but how you get there.

No, agnostic means you don't know if there's a god or not. Your buddy was simply a theist.

Religion has nothing to do with it. Any man seeking salvation through religion will end up deceived and confused. Nd belief has nothing to do with it either. No matter how intently you believe that God exists, unless you obey them, it's worthless.

It may not make sense for everyone, but it makes sense for me.
Actually I'm LMAO at Joe Citizen's reply. From a woman's point of view, it's good to be ball-less.

Your homeboy is a Deist. And I guess if you're going to believe in God, it's best to do it outside of organized religion.
So my answer is "yes."
