Well, travel writer, but you have to be good at what you do, and usually, you have to keep up another job so you don't starve to death.
If you mean any sort of writing, then international lawyers travel and write - then again, they're just writing legal memoranda, client letters, etcetera.
You could become an academic in basically any field - just get a doctorate, and you'll be expected to write plenty of academic papers on your subject area and travel to conferences to present your findings. You'll also get the chance to be a visiting lecturer in other countries, states or provinces.
You could try to go into politics. There are lots of political jobs that involve writing, from speech writers to the pamphlet writers to the representatives (MPs, etc. depending on your country) who travel back and forth from the legislature to their home city.

Well mine does- professional development or professional trainer. You generally write presentations and travel to areas to present the program to groups of people. State agencies, museums, corporations, private companies all have personnel for this reason.
