Just depends on what adoption agency. Medical bills, lawyer fees, court fees, all will be paid. Some will give you money for time off work, and a fee after to move on with you life. Talk to a lawyer and look at all the adoption agency in your state and in diff. states

You can't sell a child. You can sign paperwork giving a child up for adoption which in the long run saves you a lot of money. Someone else takes on the responsibility of feeding, clothing, and educating the child.
Sometimes in surrogate or private adoptions the adoptive parents will cover medical expenses for the birth mother but anything else is considered illegal as it is selling another human being. I believe that is called slavery.

Yes, selling babies is illegal. But there are instances in open adoption where the adoptive parents will take care of the medical costs of the birth mother. This would happen through a private agency, or a situation where you have found the adoptive parents yourself.

I think her best bet is to find what is called a host family where she can be given a stable environment in which to decide. away from friends and peer pressure.
