I found this one online it seems to be for every state, but also call your local hospital and ask the operator for the number or web site for your local Medical Board, each state has one. They have everything you would need to know about a particular physician. :)

Write to or call the American Medical Association of Kentucky. Not only will the doctor be listed as Board Certified, but also in the area in which he/she is certified to practice. You can also call his office and request the information from the receptionist and/or nurse. As with attorneys, doctors are proud of their board certification.

Here's an idea.

Call his office. Ask the receptionist if Dr. Levin is board certified.

If he is, they'll be proud to announce it.

If it doesn't say so on his web site, he probably isn't.
Board certified doctors usually make sure to make that fact clear for their patients.
Anyway, you can always ask him directly or anyone in his hospital/practice.
