Are right-wingers really getting so whacko that they would worship that fool over believing in the Bible?

I'm not a Christian, so I'm not really familiar with the community, but doesn't that seem a little "INSANE"?

Also, have you ever seen that movie "Jesus Camp" where all those little kids are speaking in tongues in front of a cardboard cutout of George Bush?

What do you think of those folks?

I bet it is a paraphrase of that ancient pronouncing: God watches over the unintelligent and the loopy. W isn't triumphant. He was once a C+ pupil, and an alcoholic. He bought into Yale given that his father went there. He was once a failure as a businessman, so he clearly went into politics, that is the shelter of the incompetent. Pat Robertson is a fruitcake. He is rich given that he's a pleasant manipulator, and is aware of the best way to play upon the fears of the vulnerable. If they're examples of the sorts of humans the gods want, I'll hold onto my apostasy. BTW: "Tax and spend" is not a best technique to govern, however "Don't tax and spend besides" is hardly ever greater. And whilst Clinton lied to us, three,000 humans did not die. And finally: During the Clinton years, tax sales went up, spending truthfully dropped, and we had a $three TRILLION SURPLUS. Not unhealthy for a "tax and spend scheme."

I am Christian, I've never listened to or followed Pat Robertson in anything. My belief is that he once possessed the good morals of a faithful Christian. But his old age has made him a bit senile / loopy. I don't think he's able to decipher godliness from ungodliness with any firm degree.

Does Pat Robertson have an actual religious sect and congregation that follows him?

He doesnt speak for every christian you know.
I dont know what christians he actually speaks for.

I dont combine religion and politics. I dont think Bush really does that much either, except when it comes to campaigning and propoganda, but ALL politicians do that. (I do actually still support some of Bush's policies, though, I just dont think religion is really that big of an influence in his political decisions)

You have to take politics for what it is. Both sides are way overexaggerating the other sides.
