If you’re talking about life – most likely the answer is no.
Although there is no perception to sense anything external to us exists, we can prove things exist.
One irrational number that exists.
[A nice math problem by Kyle.]
I can prove that there exists an irrational number r such that
when raised to an irrational power yields a rational number.
Consider sqrt(2)sqrt(2). If the value of this is rational, then we have found r to be sqrt(2). If the value is irrational, consider (sqrt(2)sqrt(2))sqrt(2) = sqrt(2)sqrt(2)*sqrt(2) = sqrt(2)2 = 2. Then we have found r to be sqrt(2)sqrt(2). Therefore, there must exist some irrational number r such that when raised to an irrational power yields a rational number. QED.
[End quote.]
As we can see a property clearly exists. (We define this property and an irrational number.) If this exists, other things can also exist. And most likely do.

everything is what you make it out to be. If you make out something not to matter, anything that connects to that mine-as-well be make believe. if something is important to you and you think it's awesome, it seems to be the most real thing ever. It's all about perception and taking things in. But really, life's what you make it so make it as real as you can, and as best as you can, and believe in what you think is right, you'd be surprised how real life is when you find the perfect person and discover how perfect God is and made you.

It's Only A Paper Moon Lyrics
The music was written by Harold Arlen,
the lyrics by E. Y. Harburg and Billy Rose.
The song was published in 1933.
It is only a paper moon
sailing over a cardboard sea,
But it wouldn't be make believe
If you believed in me.
It is only a canvas sky
Hanging over a muslin tree,
But it wouldn't be make believe
If you believed in me.
Without your love,
It's a honky-tonk parade.
Without your love,
It's a melody played in a penny arcade.
It's a Barnum and Bailey world,
Just as phony as it can be,
But it wouldn't be make believe
If you believed in me.
~interlude~
Without your love,
It's a honky-tonk parade.
Without your love,
It's a melody played in a penny arcade.
It's a Barnum and Bailey world
Just as phony as it can be,
But it wouldn't be make believe
If you believed in me.

Now if it was really just make-believe, you would not have to ask the question, right? You would know the answer...

We live in a symbolic culture. The symbols are "make-believe" in that they do not exist, but some of the things they refer to do exist. Our way of viewing the world is completely subjective and one could say make-believe.

Life is real; it is not a dress rehearsal.
Make-believe is for children and Hollywood actors.
