I think your question has come through to the wrong forum, this is genealogy, I am sure you will get a much better response in the photography forum,

These negatives are old and delicate, please do not take them to a local pharmacy or walmart. Their machines will only process standard contemporary film formats. I just graduated from art college and have been doing photography many years. You may want to consider taking the negatives into a store which specializes in photography where they can manually make prints from the negatives. It is pretty pricey, but you may also get digital scans of the negatives so you have a back-up. These are an important part of your past, and you should make sure they get into the hands of the right people so they may be properly preserved. I hope everthing turns out well!

I have some old negatives and took them to Wal-Mart. They sent the negatives in; some of them they made prints of; the others were a size that their machine could not make prints of.
Other than that, take them to a photo studio; the one here wanted about $80 because of the size.
So, I got some printed at Wal-Mart for a few bucks; the others are sitting around.
One other option: if you know someone with a dark room, that person could use regular photo (darkroom) paper and make positives for you.

These would probably be black and white. Drug stores usually don't handle these because of their odd size. Look in the phone book yellow pages for photographic black and white processing. Handle your negatives carefully to avoid scratching the emulsion. If there is a Camera Club in your area, there might be someone there who still does all the black and white processing themselves.
What you have is family history and I wish you good luck getting them printed.

take them to the local photo or camera shop. They should have access to non digital photo developing equipment. Also the local high school or college should have a photography class with a dark room

And I don't care if it is in the wrong section, you helped me find info of value.
Old negatives are probably of family members.
