It's not in the add or remove programs!? It's not even installing even though it says it is?

Hi Lorah,

Try:
- removing it totally
- download another copy of flash again (for the fourth time I assume)
- run a registry cleaner to make sure all related registry keys are deleted
- install a fresh copy again

Sometimes, programs just don't install properly.

Do you mean just the Flash player or the full Flash creation program?

If the Player, Adobe says it does run on Vista, so try this:

In Add / Remove programs, un-install the Flash Player. Then, reboot, and download it again and re-install it.

If the full (legal?) Flash creation program, call Adobe tech support.

If not legal, ironic, eh?
