Dude don't be the rebound guy at least Waite a couple of weeks to make your move be her friend but give it a bit of time that way she's got your attention with out the tension of you wanting something more of her. Plus this way if she goes back to her bf you don't get hurt in the process.

Well, you can help her by talking to her, and when you do that you are becoming a good person, and getting a chance with her!
