To clarify after reading some of the answers, who is MORE honest...or who is MORE contrived.

EVEN MORE: Anyone who says that they would lie to save someones feelings.....that is the worst lie of them all. Their are better ways to help someones feelings, than a lie.

men are generally more honest than women.

You certainly couldn't say that honesty is more prevalent in one gender than another. It varies with the individual.
Neither is honesty natural, it is taught. And everyone is dishonest at times, even if it is only to avoid telling someone something that is hurtful.

men are more honest.
my boyfriend said something mean to one of my friends and he said " I was just being honest."
So we talked about that and I said that I would lie to make him feel better in which he wouldn't do that.
Its funny.
But yes men are brutally honest.
I am honest but tell lies to make him stay happy.

...its not something serious...just like telling him that something he made was pretty instead of that it looked like sh+t. dont go all crazy on me saying its the worse lie, no it isnt.

This is a no brainer. woman where born to be honest. and when it comes to contrived i think it goes both ways.
