Those Christians who do this, do it for two reasons-
To scare others into joining their church so that there will be more money in the collection plate.
Either that or they are so insecure with their beliefs that they feel they need to get everyone else to agree with them as some sort of validation.
Neither reason is going to cause me to change my mind.

Why do people like you only read small portions of the Bible and ignore everything else?
God is who He is. He has revealed Himself in a rather candor way in the Bible. But in this revelation He teaches true believers that people reject Him for who He is.
People reject Him as Creator.
People reject Him as Savior.
People reject Him as Judge and Owner of His own Creation.
People reject Him for His Character, which includes Love, Mercy, Grace, but also Holiness, Righteousness, Wrath.

Kind of goes against the concept of god being all-loving now does it?
If god was all-loving as Christians say he is then there no one would go to hell and yet that is all I hear, how people will go to hell for not following gods teachings or not believing in him

This is what Revelation in the Bible says not me.
Revelation 20:12And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

If you knew the seriousness of sin, you wouldn't ask that question. The punishment should fit the crime. If a man murders a person, should he get 2 months probation? He should spend the rest of his murdering life behind bars, right? Well, sin is VERY serious to God. He sets up a system up of maximum life or maximum death. He is NOT playing games. Sin may be funny to us, but God abhorrs it.

Because they don't understand they are being deceived by satan into thinking these untruths about God's Character. The father of lies and a murder (of God's Character) is what satan is.

They have misinterpreted something along the way. God would not allow a place such as hell to exist.

They're only saying that because it's written in their Bible that their god does this sort of thing. Not that I agree with it, which of course I don't.

Hell was not created for humans.
It was created for Satan and His followers.
Jesus Said in Matthew 25:41 "everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels"
