how can i update my computer so that it can get this program?

apparently, i can't get adobe flash, and i think my computer must be missing something but what? i already deleted my previous adobe flash (big mistake now that i think about it) but it should have been simple to install the new one. this is the site

When you deleted it you may have missed something. That is why it won't let you download a new version. Go to http://www.filehippo.com/ and download Adobe Flash there. If that doesn't install then I haven't a clue. But while at filehippo they have a new item top right where you can update any software like anty spyware etc. They scan your computer and offer replacements.
