I have been Baha'i since 1984.
Sex outside of marriage is strongly discouraged, but the Faith isn't particularly judgmental. If somebody lived with another person and wasn't married that would be looked down upon, but I know of Baha'i women who have had babies outside of marriage and they weren't kicked out or whatever.
Other behavior that is discouraged is alcohol and intoxicating drugs (unless prescribed by a doctor) and gambling.
Basic principles of the Baha'i Faith are:
1. God is One.
2. All major religions are essentially one, only the social laws and rituals may differ but the underlying message is the same.
3. Men and women are equal.
4. Science and religion should agree.
5. Mankind is one family.
6. Elimination of prejudice.
7. World Peace is possible and will happen when humanity reaches a higher level of development.
8. Individual investigation of truth.

From what I understand the Baha'i religion believes in all of the major monotheistic religions(Islam, Judaism, Christianity) as being true. So my guess is that they don't allow sex before marriage, since I know Islam and Christianity at least both look down on that.

Baha'is believe in one God that created everything. He has sent several Manifestations of God to us (Jesus, Muhammad, Moses, Buddha) to reveal His teachings to us progressively as mankind has evolved and changed. NOW is the time for a new Manifestation of God named Baha'u'llah, who has teachings to unify humanity. Some of His teachings is that we are all "Flowers of one Garden", created by God out of love for us, that there is eternal life for all, that we need to develop virtues in this world to prepare ourselves for the life hereafter, that "the betterment of the world can be accomplished through pure and goodly deeds", that we should strive to help mankind.
There is a law of chasity before marriage, drug and alcohol use is prohibited.

Go to Bahai.org. Its their official web site and will answer any and all questions that you may have. I believe they frown on sex before marriage, as they do abortion, adultery, spousal abuse, divorce (but do allow it), etc. It sounds like a wonderful, peaceful religion.
