When I was pregnant with my daughter I could no longer paint my toe nails and so I my husband would paint them for me... so yes. If it is your finger nails it can easily be removed if they mess up.

Let him paint your nails and so what if he won't let you paint his?! Guys don't normally wear nail polish so it seems unreasonable you would even ask him that question.

i would not do it on any circumstances( i think of). She wont destroy up with you for unpainted toe nails, if she does nicely then be shocked. If it makes you fell uncomfortable tell her that.
