Thats animal cruelty, and if you dont do something NOW you are going to be charged for animal abuse and neglect, possibly do jail time and at the least pay a hefty fine.
By not taking the dog to the vet, you ARE in essance starving her. Watch "animal cops" and see what happens to those owners whos animals are sick and not eating, but they do nothing to get that animal help. Watch them sob in court and pay $5,000 and even possibly get a 2 year jail sentence. Watch the animal be humanely euthanized because by then its too late to save them, and theyre suffering in agony.
You're watching your dog starve to death. Shame on you.

The reason she won't poop is because there's nothing in her to poop.

For heaven's sake, you're pup is seriously ill and is slowing dying. If you don't take her to the vet immediately, she WILL DIE.

Here's a rule to follow. If they vomit for more than 1 day but drinking - see the vet. If they are vomiting OFTEN throughout a day (can't keep down even water - they need to go to the vet IMMEDIATELY. If a dog doesn't eat for more than a day, CALL your vet and let him advise you.

The best rule to follow is - if this were a child and they child had the same symptoms, would you call a dr? If the answer is yes, then call your vet. Get professional medical advice.

Your pup MUST see a vet NOW or she will not survive.

I've spent the last year trying to get my picky as all can be dog to eat. Skipping a meal here and there isn't a big deal but NINE DAYS. Even my pickiest eater won't go that long without food.

GET TO A VET TONIGHT!!!!

EDIT: Not eating and can't defecate. Sounds like a blockage, this is EXTREMELY SERIOUS AND CANNOT WAIT.

GO NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG! 9 days? You should take her to the vet in 3 days of not touching her food.

Take her to a vet now. I am completly serious, call up your vet and go there today, this hour, this minute. Your dog could be really sick. Most fatal sicknesses/diseases have anerexic as a symptom. She could be dying now. There are to many reasons why she is not eating, so I cant list all of them. The best and most important thing you can do is go to a vet.

I would take her to see the Vet. However, try this before you spend all that money at the vet. Try plain white rice. A very bland diet for a dog that isnt eating is awesome. My dog didnt eat once for 4 days...I cooked her a couple cups of rice and she went crazy for it.

Get her to the vet NOW. If you wait any longer, you might as well plan the funeral. Nine days without food is ridiculous.

You should have taken her to the pet 6 days ago! Why is it that some people get pets before preparing for whatever could go wrong?

Goodness, why haven't you taken her to the vet long before now? Are you just wanting to wait and see when she will die?

add: I am still shaking my head over this one... if this was our child or YOU would you not have done something before your child or you had gone NINE DAYS WITHOUT EATING????

Are you serious? And you haven't taken her to a vet?

Why would she poop if she isn't eating?

You shouldn't have a dog.
