check it out ya'll! and i hope JW's are reading this.
in Isaiah 43:10-11 this is were JW's get thier name. "“But you are my witnesses, O Israel!” says the Lord.
“You are my servant.
You have been chosen to know me, believe in me,
and understand that I alone am God.
There is no other God—
there never has been, and there never will be.
11 I, yes I, am the Lord,
and there is no other Savior.
NOW CHECK OUT Titus 2:13 "Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ" and i can place a whole lot more passages here that says jesus is our saviour.
they couldnt both be huh?! no way! oh, and this deal with Jesus being a Sub god, it shows in your very own scripture that there was not before nor after AND THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE SAVIOR. EXPLAIN YOURSELF

Well Jehobah was not God's name anyway. It was a translation or tranliterlation of the YHWH No one knows how to pronounce this so many say it is Yahweh. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yahweh
I always wondered what the difference was in the JW and the house of yahweh. They sould much alike to me.

well, you can TRY anything you want, but it will not work.
and no, the other gal who said we take tings out of context
is wrong. we do not. we put the FULL context in our
publications.
SO!
read the full text of BOTH of them in GREEK.
that will settle the question.
the one in titus is mentioning TWO separate individuals.
again, the context:
Titus 2:13 "Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God [the one person]
and our Saviour [the second person] Jesus Christ"
there are a lot of verses that rocaths and other groups claim that support a triadic godhead of varing descriptions.
but, in full context, they dont.
but, if you have a list of scriptures for which you would like background, please send them to me.
i will provide for you
1- the translation from the original language[s]
2- the context
3- the setting
4- why some have misrepresented or misunderstood the verse
5- what the full meaning is of that particular verse.
some have tried to say witnesses 'bend' the scriptures to their
view and teaching. the opposite is what is actually true.
we had to change our teachings and beliefs to conform
to the verses as we find them out and find out how they were
MIStranslated and correctly translate/ interpret them.

Jehovah's call restored fantastically a lot 7,000 circumstances makes a huge huge difference. someone requested me on the door about the position IS JEHOVAH'S call and DID JESUS use it? i changed into going to respond to it when I got here decrease back. nicely it truly is used oftentimes contained in the NWT, and not in any respect of their Bible. it truly is a good purchase of Gods, Lords, and confusion. about 25 years in the past at artwork i changed into studying an editorial contained locally information paper about how extra of the useless sea scrolls were found in a creek mattress i imagine I bear in concepts and how upon studying it it stated the quantity of circumstances the tetragrammator changed into utilized by out this. I sat there and browse and began to cry. i love to ensure that type of element, if our Bible is diverse it is because it strives to be as on the point of the unique writings as readable and variations no longer something from them. If NWT is diverse and it truly is ideal, which i for my section have little question tremendously after studying that contained locally information about the scrolls and pottery, and it truly is contained in the renowned english,.. How confident i trust, no longer something significant can come antagonistic to it. or you're top it truly is an similar.

Isaiah was written prior to Jesus coming to Earth as Savior. At the time of the writing God (Jehovah) was the only God who was to be recognized by those in Israel as able to save them. He, at the time, was the only Savior.
Later - Jesus was given the position by his Father of Savior the world. When he came to Earth and gave his life he became the savior - the messiah.
it's actually a pretty simple concept.
edit:
BTW I hope everyone will take note of the fact that she has admitted to a vendetta. She is LOOKING for contradictions to the JW teachings. Not searching for truth. Looking for ways to prove us wrong. That hardly seems like a worthwhile pursuit.

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God 'AND' our Saviour Jesus Christ
http://www.watchtower.org/e/20050422/article_01.htm
[Quote from Asker.]
can i use the same scripture the Jehovah's witnesses use to validate thier names to totally discredit them
[Quote end.]
Not really.
The first Christians had strong faith in God whom they called Father; in Jesus Christ whom they saw as the Son of God, the Word of God, King, Saviour, Master; and in the Holy Spirit.
[Quote - see source.]
The most significant developments in articulating the doctrine of the Trinity took place in the 4th century, with a group of men known as the Theologians. Although the earliest Church Fathers had affirmed the teachings of the Apostles, their focus was on their pastoral duties to the Church under the persecution of the Roman Empire. Thus the early Fathers were largely unable to compose doctrinal treatises and theological expositions. With the relaxing of the persecution of the church during the rise of Constantine, the stage was set for ecumenical dialogue.

Jehovah God is identified as the principal Savior, the only source of deliverance.(Isa.43:11;45:21).
He was the Savior and deliverer of Israel time and time again. He saved not only the nation but also individuals who served him.(2Sa.22:1-3).
Often his salvation was through men raised up by him as saviors.(Ne.9:27).During the period of the Judges, these special saviors were divinely selected and empowered to deliver Israel from foreign oppression. (Jg.2:16;3:9,15).
When Jesus was on earth, Jehovah was his Savior, supporting and strengthening him to maintain integrity through his strenuous trials.(Heb.5:7;Ps.28:8).
Along with his role as Savior,Jehovah is also the "Repurchaser".(Isa.49:26;60:16).
In the past he redeemed his people Israel from captivity. In delivering Christians from sin's bondage,he does the repurchasing through his Son Jesus Christ(1Jo4:14),Jehovah's provision for salvation, who is therefore exalted as "Chief Agent and Savior".(Acts5:31).
Accordingly,Jesus Christ can rightly be called "our Savior",even though he performs the salvation as the agent of Jehovah (Tit.1:4;2Pet.1:11).The name,Jesus means "Jehovah is Salvation".This name points out that Jehovah is the source of salvation accomplished through Jesus. For this reason,we find the Father and the Son spoken of together in connection with salvation (Tit.2:11-13;3:4-6).
The ransom sacrifice is the basis for salvation, and as King and everlasting High Priest,Christ Jesus has the authority and power "to save completely those who are approaching God through him".(Heb.7:23-25;Rev.19:16).
Hope this helps you........All of Jehovah's Witnesses beliefs can be explained using the Bible because they are all bible based.

Simple.
Moses was a savior to his people but he could not have done it with out Jehovah God.
Moses was a God to Pharaoh but he could not be with out Jehovah God.
The same applies to Christ.

Wrong---keep trying!
Looks like you never took in the knowledge of God and of His Son, Michael (Jesus Christ, Messiah)--you know, THE Archangel, the first and only-begotten Son of God--Yahwah God, that is.
Satan blinds the minds of the unbelievers so that even if they do want to see, they cannot.

It is very sad that you have this deep hatred in yourself!!!
You twist many things. I hope you get the help you so deservedly need.
Jehovah's Witnesses have the backing of Jehovah's Holy Spirit. You will not be able to prove anything wrong.
John 8: 44, look up this verse this will help you to see where your backing comes from.
It is not hightly discouraged. Why do you spread these false sayings, could it be---------

Some sects are just re-writing or arbitrarily amending the holy scriptures for their distorted or convoluted mind or mission. This is not just a JW but also a LDJ problem. As long as they keep this to themselves and are otherwise ethical, I can leave them alone.
