Anybody who has ever had a toothache has wondered how to get rid of a toothache. Toothache pain is not something that should be ignored because it is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. The more serious the pain the more serious the problem. If you just take a pain reliever for the pain you are essentially ignoring the problem by seeking to relieve only the pain. To truly cure toothache pain you must address the cause and to find the cause will most likely need to see a dentist.
After a thorough dental examination a dentist will be able to tell you how to get rid of a toothache. The cure for tootchache pain is always dependent on the cause. The cause could simply be a bit of food caught between your teeth that is causing severe irritation. If this is the case simply brushing and flossing should remove the food and stop the pain. But there are other causes of toothache pain that are much more serious and require more work to fix, like cavities, dental abscess, pulpitis or possible even a dead tooth.
How to get rid of a toothache if the cause is more serious is to let your dentist do what they've been trained for. The more serious dental problems will not simply go away by ignoring them ore taking pain pills, in fact this will only let the situation get worse. Cavities will only get bigger if left untreated. To fix the situation you may need a cavity filling. In some cases root canal therapy will be needed and with a dead tooth the only option is tooth extraction. The problem with tooth extraction is that the space left must be filled and dental restorations of that manner can be expensive.

First you should go to a doctor who will prescribe an antibiotic so the infection that you probably have will stop, or for an instant pain relieve, crush an aspirin and put it over the hurting teeth or a clove like the ones you use to cook. That will work but only temporary, go see a doctor.

Use HYDROGEN PEROXIDE several times a day. Swish and gently brush with it. It is extremely healing. The gentle brushing will let it leak down to the root area and heal.
It is at the drug store near the rubbing alcohol. It is always in Brown bottles, $1.00 per quart.
