As always location is the prime factor, I think a storefront downtown a la the Sienfeld Soup Nazi's place, you know come in get your sandwich and soup and get out. NO Seating, no problems. When I worked in an office in downtown TO I just wanted something quick, cheap and good.

If I may I would suggest home made soups none of the prepackaged s**t and the same for the bread. You WILL need the prepackaged bread as well but the idea is to offer the customers the homemade bread, because fresh is the key to that style of business.

yap it can be a profitable if u can get a Place around
King & John to King and Bathrust ,Queen and Bathrust to queen and University,yonge and Gerrard to yonge and Davenport
