i dont get how other men can walk up to women and start conversing and when i try to i clam up. help?

when i do clam up i look like a fool and can not say a word or i am at a loss and shyness comes into play

Get a journal. Write some subjects for converstaion. Keep it "fun", nothing about religion or politics. If you need ideas, read magazines like Cosmo, Glamour, etc.. Now you have things to talk about to ladies!

Also, don't start by complimenting her on her looks. Always look at her eyes while talking to her. And above all, LISTEN to what she has to say, it will give you information on the types of things she likes to talk about.
