oh and one more thing... i left her because she only married as she said for the green card. the only reason for her doing this is because i married a white woman. i don't need to take her green card away to get my daughter back she doing enough of her own personal hole digging that a judge will grant custody to me

you cant undo it...the only way you can hope for parole is that she becomes a citizen or wait the required amount of years for sponsorship...which I do believe is from 5 to 10 years....

Edit- The only other way I can see that you can remove the sponsorshipt is if you can prove marriage fraud...problem is, you would also fall under suspicion....

no. you are vengeful and i'm glad she left you!
EDIT:: if she is digging enough a whole as you put it, then why are you here asking if you can take her GC away to get back at her, right?? you are still vengeful!!
EDIT2: no one likes to be taken advantage of, but this is a woman with whom you share a child, no? if the GC is taken from her, she'll very likely be deported, leaving you with full costudy and not seeing her child for the next 10 years. what good would that do to your child? is it worth it?
stop trying to get the upper hand and move on with your life and for the sake of your child, please be civile.

If your marriage was based on a fraud, and you have proof, (proof that she did it deliberately and you did not know) then she needs to be reported to the CIS. They will decide if she loses her green card or if she gets deported. That is their job. Nuff said.

No you can't take anything away, once a person as their green card, even a conditional (2-year) green card there is F.A. you can do to take it away.

Now stop being a prick and move on...

of course you can not as the sponsorship was one of the requirements for applying her green card. once she got it, she doesnt need your sponsorship anymore.

just learn from it...don't be all spiteful! Next time make sure you don't marry a "green card digger" - get it?
