Ok my boyfriend has had a history of cheating. But when he did it to me A LOT after muchhhh consideration i forgave him. I was supposed to go with him and his sister somewhere today but I never said if I would or wouldn't. But I was hinting I didnt want to go because I didnt like his sister. I have been sick as a dog this and last week trying to get better so I could go just to see him and to make him happy. so i asked him today if he would still like me to go and he said no i am taking YOUR FRIEND AND MY FRIEND julie so you can rest. Now I hope this is a friendship and nothing will happen. I mean she has a bf and he has me. they left around 3 and they arent back STILL WTF is going on here?

I think you should speak 2 both of them and asked what happened and what did they do but ask in a nice way as if your just interested try to get details and if there story doesnt add up then you know something happened but i would also tell him that your not comfortable with him deciding to take your friend out with him instead of you its not really what people do.
