i saw this in the front of tha yahoo page and when i clicked the link it didnt tell me anything so could some of you answer my question?

your eyes, ears, and sinuses are all connected in your head. not letting a sneeze out can make those germs go into your ear canals and cause infections. it can do some damage to your ear drums, too. it's better to cover your mouth and sneeze.

I'm pretty sure it's not harmful, but it just is such a relief to get it out.

it mght be a lil bit, but i do all the time in meetings etc and it's never hurt me ask your GP 4 more info
