How old are the two of you? How long have you been dating? I think both of those questions are important in determining the answer to your question. Sadly, no one can really tell you if you should, it is ultimately up to you.
However, I say that if you have to ask this question then don't do it. Its obvious you're not ready. If you really wanted to do it, you would without asking us about this stuff

Sex is not the "next step" in a relationship. Think of it this way: if you are a virgin, why not save your gift for a man that is willing to spend the rest of his life with you, make sacrifices for you, give children to you, and provide for you in your darkest hour, and maybe watch you die of a ripe old age. Though I believe this is marriage, many people have this type of relationship without being legally married. If you truly feel that your boyfriend is worth "giving it up to" then do it. You should know what you're giving up and why before you do it. And make your first time classy. Not in a backseat somewhere or in a raunchy hotel.

Alright, for one thing you don't want to be breaking the law by having underage sex because there can always be lawsuits...second of all make sure you use protection...
Now if you really feel that you want to have sex it should be no problem as long as its a mutual thing...wanting to have sex is a natural thing there are just some people that may choose not to because of religion or their own choice...regardless....i suggest its a lot better when its spontaneous, and if its your first time you want it to be special, not in a cheap hotel...whether you do it is up to you two, but the best bet is either at his place our yours

Well, the first question is How old are the both of you? Are the two of you really ready for that kind of commitment and responsibility? Are Birth controll methods being considered? If all these things are in order try to make it romantic, like at a hotel where you can have privacy.

You asked two totally different questions but whatever. You should not ASK a bunch of strangers if you should have sex. It's a COMPLETELY personal decision. But since your second question implies that you have already made up your mind to do so, you should arrange to have your first time in a bed or at least somewhere flat. No cars or showers, you don't need any additional discomfort.

I am sure you will get responses from poeple that "if you know him enough, trust him enough and think you are ready for sex, then go ahead."
Actually I am no different. I am assuming that if you are thinking about having sex, then you do love him and he loves you too and you both are serious. Go ahead. If not today, you will do it some other day. Why not enjoy life. You dont want to regret after 10 years for not doing it.

Things will change when you do. Are you prepared for that? You really should be friends first and really know one another. If he does not agree with this then you are better off without him. If you are 16 or under you should not be sexually active. You are way too young. I was over 18 when I lost mine. He was a real jerk and I am still sorry.

I think if you want it to be really sensual and passionate, do it in a bed (With a condom and birth control pills)
If you want it fast and sexy and steamy, do it in the shower. Shower sex is sexy and there is less pressure
If you are planning on doing it in a car, do it in a deserted area, because police arrest people having sex in cars in public places
Good luck! ☺

That depends on a lot of things.
How long is "a while"
How you feel about your boyfiend
How you feel about premarital sex
Why you want to have sex with him
In the end only you will know when it is right to have sex. Every relationtionship is different

How old are you? How long is a while? Have you ever had sex with someone before? These are all questions that surface when you ask these kinds of questions. As to where you shoud do it at, how about someplace safe. Maybe you can film it. Ha!
