How do i build a rubber band powered car?

it cant be a slingshot. other than that i can attach it directly to the wheel or axle.

You could put a pulley on the axle then stretch the rubber band and wrap around the pulley then place the other end on a fixed hook.

Go to a hobby shop and buy a rubber band powered model car kit and follow the directions in the box.

Ever see a rubber band powered airplane? Turn that motor 90 degrees and replace the prop with a wheel.
