Substitute ground turkey or ground beef for the ground beef and then prepare as usual.

Meatloaf is one of my favorite recipes.

3 pounds ground beef
3 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 packet Lipton's Onion or Beefy Onion Soup Mix
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese - I use a combination of Cheddar, Italian Blend and Pepper-Jack cheeses or whatever I have on hand

Mix all ingredients, form into a loaf in a loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.

Maybe you could pick up one of those Taco kits but purchase ground chicken instead of beef. All you'd really have to do is shred some lettuce & some cheese as toppings and anything else you'd like to add, maybe slice a few tomatoes. Then cook the chicken in a frying pan (coat the pan with a little oil first) & then just cook the chicken till it's brown (you can always break some of the meat apart to check if the inside is cooked). This would be a really fast & easy dinner!

In Nothern Elfia they make traditional Quad Snup. Deliciously yummy disregarding that the maker must be a -shudders- Nothern! -roses die-

Chocolate
Oreos
Spaghetti
Salty Crackers
Gummi Bears

My mother taught me this recipe she had an old friend from the Elf University of North who gave it to her:
Cook some spaghetti
Wash out the salts in the crackers and replace with sugar
Crush some oreos with them
Take some chocolates and melt into the food
Add on gummi bears

NOTE: (Oreos were NOT used in the earlier times of E.E. or N.E.E. as they are more recent, we have replaced chocolate wafers with them for a creamier taste)
Your mum will sure love this one! Well it is an old Elfian favorite.

you know what would be really easy for you. I invented this recipe :) and its designed to use whatever is in your fridge.

It is "Tori's Tortilla Pizza"

to ge started, grab...
*flour tortillas (corn will work too, you would need to make more though)
*what ever kind of cheese you have on hand
*whatever kind og toppings you would like on your pizza. The list is endless. ie.
-Meats- peperoni, chicken, pork, steak,
-Veggies- artichoke hearts, olives, onions, bell pepers, garlic, tomatoes, roasted peppers, mushrooms, zuquinni, etc
- fruit- pinapple, apple thinly sliced
-herbs- pizza seasoning, oregano, basil, rosemarry, italian seasoning, garlic salt
- whatever you want in any combo. Its whatever you have in the fridge and to your taste.
-Salsa or marinara sause

*To get started pre-heat your oven to 375o
layer one tortilla and top it with very little sause (to much will make it saggy) then add just a tiny bit of your toppings along with just a tiny bit of cheese to act as a glue.
add another tortilla and repeat the step above
add the final toetilla and this time add about 2 tablespoons of sauce (but dont go all the way to the edge for the crust) and add a handfull of cheese. then add your toppings and seasonings.
after you assemble your pizzas put them on baking sheets and bake them for about 10 min or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy. let cool for a couple of min. then serve.

Yeah, it's ramen. But there is SUCH a variety of different recipes in there, a lot of them ridiculously easy. Ramen's a cheap but versatile and, if made properly, absolutely delicious. They also have a vegetarian section. Search through there and you're sure to find something.
