Jesus NEVER married Mary Magdalene, I believe God's word, not some else's assumptions from "clues" in a painting
IT"S JUST A PAINTING!
Read the REAL book...The Holy Bible
Also...This image of the last supper was NOT a Kodak picture snapped for one of the disciples scrap books!
It was a panting out of someones imagination ....WHY would there even be a debate or a dispute about who that person is....have people TOTALLY lost their minds??

Wow - you are so wrong I don't know where to begin.
Da Vinci's painting was just ONE painting of the Last Supper, there are numerous others.
Da Vinci's painting does NOT depict Mary Magdelene sitting with Jesus. Mary in the painting can't be proven, but there is a lot of evidence to the contrary - if you look at that painting and compare it to other paintings of the time. The character said to be Mary (by conspiracy lovers) is probably the apostle John, who was a young man. Young men were painted in a highly idealized and somewhat feminine way during the Renaissance.
There is no historical or Biblical evidence that Jesus was married.
There is no historical or Biblical evidence that Mary Madgelene was ever a prostitute.

Mary was not a prostitute. This is something the church made up, to make her look bad as they wanted no women to have any influence in the religion. They are now backing away from this concept. They wanted, at the time, that men had all the preaching power.
Besides, Jesus was just a man-like any other man. He wanted a woman. Oh! The last supper was right before the death of Jesus. If they were married, it had to be before this.

That painting was done over a 1,000 years after the actual Last Supper. No one there took a picture or made a painting.
Jesus was perfect by having one parent perfect, God, and one parent human, Mary. Invitro fertilization and test tube babies from our century was not the first occurrence.
He remained sinless and perfect by knowing God's laws and keeping them. When Satan tried to tempt him away from his perfection, Jesus all three times told him, "It is written..." showing he knew the Law and would not violate it. He kept his perfect standards until his death so he could be a ransom for all mankind as only he could.

Not sure you have all the facts Paul. Jesus did not marry Mary Magdalene. Lots of Jesus' life has been distorted - Jesus after his resurrection returned to his Father in heaven.
best wishes

MARY WAS NOT A PROSTITUTE!!! It only took the Vatican about 1900 years to clear her name.
There are "lost books" of the bible... gospels that were too controversial to put in the final draft. Some of those detail the life of Jesus as a child to teen years which are missing from the NT. These show that Jesus was not perfect, that he did sin by murdering some of the neighborhood kids... only after getting in trouble did he bring them back to life.
There's not a lot in the gnostic gospels or the lost books that deal with Mary and Jesus's relationship, but there are things that show that Mary simply being there was unusual for that time... and that it was custom for a Jewish man, especially one thought as of a rabbai to be married.

This true according to the gospel of davinci in the Hollywood edition.
Why not spice up the story to make it more interesting, after all Jesus Christ Superstar did it and that was a success, think about all the good stuff that flowed from that event---richer producers, happy theater goers, actors, singers, dancers, avoiding the unemployment lines. I bet a lot of them scored some pretty good pot with their earnings from that production!
I envision a sequel that follows the life and times of a descendant of jesus' brother Bubba, and how he made it from being a diswasher to a prestigious job of door man at a Broadway strip show !
Ah History ! Doncha just love it ? Its all there for you and me to enjoy.....and if we cannot profit from history what have we learned ?

Says who? Where is the historical documents that say that Jesus and Mary were married? Does marrying a prostitute make one a sinner? God is perfect, Jesus is God, thus Jesus is perfect.

um ok, that is if you buy the whole mary magdalene marrying Christ non-sense.
Jesus was born through the portals of a virgin's womb. He had to be, because if it had been joseph's blood in him, He wouldn't have been able to come to earth and do what He did. for if He had joseph's or mary's blood, He would've had the Adamic nature and would've been a sinner like all of us. but even paul confirms this later, that by the very blood of God we were purchased from sin, and redeemed.
even He said so Himself in the parables, that He sold all He had for the field (the world) and would come back for His treasure Israel, and Israel is merely just illustration for all cities and peoples. He bankrupt Heaven, God Himself stepped down from the throne so He could save us with His blood.

No Paul thats what they want you to believe, Mary Magdalene was a good woman and spouse of Jesus and was falsely accused of prostitution for historical effects, cause Constantine I catholic church wanted to establish the patriachship instead of the matriachship.
