Part of me wants to think that video is real. After all, I have met more than enough people that have so lowered my expectations that I am 110% certain that many think exactly as this video portrays.

I believe religion is a con and god is a lie. since I have 100% faith in this it has to be true. (*note sarcastic tone of voice)

Belief is not fact, the bible is a lie. People that embrace this attitude only go to show that they are not ignorant but are in fact a stupid little primate.

You see, to intentionally choose Ignorance over fact and refuse to question based on something called blind faith is the very essence of stupidity.

I really feel sorry for anyone that actually believes this type of petty circular ill-logic.

But then evolution does require that some become weak so that the strong will survive.

BTW Believers, Good luck being the limping antelope.

You know, being a Christian, which I very much am...play the piano at my church, am a leader of a youth group, and part of the maistream fundamental evangelical doctrine, I am continuously amazed at why Christians want to debate the world with evolution. Earth is billions of years old and evolution is not some theory, it is fact. We see it everyday...Christians need to stay away from the science argument...the Bible was a history book, not a science book and everytime they argue that evolution isn't true or that the world is 6,000 years old, their ignorance stands out and they lose credibility. Some Christians even preach that dinosaurs never existed yet we have bones that prove it. As long as they adress and use the Bible to prove their ignorant theories, they will lose every time. Stick to what the Bible was, an historical account of a culture of people who gave explanations of their world as they saw it. Technology isn't a bad thing, it's a good thing because God gave us intelligence and minds to think for ourselves. Period. Let the scientists do their job please, and the religious zealots need to quit giving all of us Christians a bad name. Read a little, get out more, and learn from others. Geesh, get real for God's sake!

I only got half way through the video and then I had to go and throw up. You are still trying to control others by your belief system. It is a very sad state of affairs when you are so fearful of everyone else's faith but your own.

I think now (and I am not an atheists) exactly as I thought before I went into your You tube. You are a fearful, prejudicial, judge mental, controlled person who doesn;'t think for himself but goes by what somebody tells you to think.

I am sure that Atheists that go into the Youtube site, will giggle a lot and think "Here they go again". You are only confirming how one sided you think.

Does someone feel that looking at that will change their mind on their own beliefs. I think it will only make them stronger in what they live by.

That kind of stupidity is impossible to deal with. I love the revisionist history that the bible thumper will go to whenever they encounter opposing facts.

Dinosaurs? Oh, they were in the Garden of Eden, God just forgot to mention them.

Carbon dating? Totally bogus science, unless it validates the age of any religious item, then it is perfectly legitimate.

Give me a break. We are spinning around the void on our own and when we die, the big surprise awaits. Good or bad? Time will tell.

The very denial of GOD is an affirmation of GOD. One who claims to be an atheist can only be an atheist by the denial of GOD. Simply denying the existance of something doesn't make it truth. Just the same, simply asserting something exists doesn't make it truth. GOD is something which a person must accept in faith. Not just blind faith however. For myself, there are millions upon millions of examples that surround everyone of us. As one example, take the utter complexity of the human body. Again, for myself I find it exceedingly difficult to believe that the human body and it's highly complex construction are just a cosmic accident. As the video stated, according to the Bible there will be an end to the world as we know it. I choose to believe in GOD. If in the end I'm wrong and there is no GOD, what have I lost?

I believe in what I know....

How do you know some guy tripping on acid didn't write the Big Holy Bible.....

Don't try to brainwash others, I have my own thoughts and I don't need a book to tell me what to think, Sorry!

I think i just threw up a little.

Left kind of a bad taste in my mouth.

Is this for real or is the author trying to make Christians look silly?

Edward Current does good work. That dry, mildly inflected voice is an excellent tool for satire. I'm envious.

erm..the video doesnt prove anything. it has no point. Im not an atheist but the video is "pointless".
It says they proved God himself wrote the bible..but the only proof they have is word of mouth...and they called Scientists delusional..just because they have evidence.

anyhoo. have a nice evening :)
