ok so i know somone thats about to turn 10. she's really ugly
sorry but she has braces and harry potter glasses and never brushes her hair and she can barely fit in the school.
sorry but she acts so gross you no, it gross, and she keeps telling me: when will he ask me out? lalalalalalalalalalala

Tell her she may want to "Fix up" alittle. Say that guys love girls hair and it shouldnt b messy. Help her out. Say "I'll help u put on lipgloss after school!" or "Want me to put ur hair into a cute pony? or "Maybe u should act more poliet because so and so likes poliet girls!" Be nice about it. She needs help and apparently u care about her "uglines". As 4 the braces they arent that bad. lots of pretty girls with bfs have them. As 4 the potter glasses say "Hey can i help u pick out new glasses? I think u should change up ur style! It will b fun!" and her glasses probably look nice on her. It's her style. Get my point? and ur ten 4 crying out loud! Stop being worried about her looks and get to ur school work. Besides guys have diff taste in girls. They may think ur ugly!

Well, definitely do not tell her she's ugly!
And I would kind of just shrug your shoulders when she ask about when he's going to ask her out.
Maybe you could encourage her to improve the way she takes care of herself by finding the nice qualities she has and compliment her on them.
I think that people tend to try and take better care of themselves when they are complemented on a regular basis.
It also may be a really nice thing to say something like, "Hey, we should do a makeover sometime!"
1) It may be a good way to befriend her.
2) You could help her to feel beautiful.

And that is only your idea of ugly. Someone, sometime, will see past all what you say is ugly about her. I bet some people probably think YOU are ugly. Yes, it happens. Not all people share your viewpoint of ugly or pretty. Society has made this standard of beauty. Its a point of reference is all. If you keep trying to reach that standard, you will only end up dissappointed. You be yourself, she can be herself.
