how long does cooked pot roast stay good in the refrigerator?

It contains roast, potatoes, carrots, and onions. I made it Tuesday night...it is now saturday night. still good??

Probably not. In almost every way possible, no way of cooking could make the roast last that long.

that has been 4 days I would not trust it . it would have been a different story had you frozen it . nope i would not eat it . good luck and god bless.
