when i first complained I made the BIG mistake of doing so by telephone and i was informed that he would be reprimanded, then the captain denied telling me she said that. then i was informed the army would not take any action ?? apparantly displaying sexual footage of me ( that i did not consent to) is a " private matter" I been to the civilian police, they interviewed him and he said that it was all consented. They believed him because he is very high uo, and im just a young student with no money.

im thinking about going to the UK press with this.

I wouldn't go to the press with that. It would embarrass the military and they would find cause to get even with you for it. Is there an independent investigative organization, such as what we in the USA call an inspector general? If so, take your complaint to them. So far as your age, or rank is concerned, you might just have to table the issue for a time, and wait for the opportunity to bring better charges against the person you are after. While that might be a bitter pill to swallow now, keeping out of trouble, and waiting might be the best thing to do, on a tactical basis. Find out if he is using other women for his fun, and band together so that it isn't just one bringing a complaint. Set your feelings aside, and wait for a better moment and strike when it would more advantageous for you.

You have posted this rant before,
In your last rant you said it was photographs, that is not "footage".

you have no legal ground to stand on.

You willingly posed for the pictures. and should have thought of the consequences before doing so.

The pictures were his property and he requires no consent from you to show them to whom he likes.

He has not broken any military or civil law.

And your Profile says it all:

About me: I'm a student with way too much time on my hands, I like pondering and generally helping people.
