So most Christians here think Jesus was God in flesh, and before he got put up on the cross he felt scared.

Ive read that people think it was his flesh that got scared since he was human..and not really Him because Gods not afraid of anything.

isnt it a blasphemy to suggest that God, who is One, became a duality: flesh and soul?

Jesus not once, claimed to be the Almighty God.
But rather, He said he was God's Son.

Joh 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

Jesus, Jehovah Gods son, became flesh and died on a torture stake.
Jehovah was in the heavens, watching to see if his son would remain faithful, and Jesus did not disappoint Jehovah.
So for the first time, since Jesus creation, he did not exist for parts of 3 days in order to fulfill bible prophecy.
How this must have just sicken Jehovah, like any grief stricken parent would feel.
True to Jehovah's recorded word, Jesus died and was Resurrected to Heavenly life and given a title as Eternal Father, King and Priest over God's Kingdom.
Soon Jesus will bestow upon the earth those blessings also mention in the bible.

No. No duality. Only truth.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.

Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Mat 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

I think it's blsphemy to think that God Almighty would allow people to spit on him and humiliate him the way Jesus was treated, or even lower himself to becoming a human in the first place. His standards are so high, that is why Jesus had to be a ransom sacrifice to cancel out Adam's sin.

Why would God allow himself to be crucified, who was he pleasing? It doesn't make sense. And why would Satan tempt God, offering him all the kingdoms of the earth? It doesn't make sense again.

That is easy...God and Jesus are not the same. We know this because the Bible says "no man has seen God in ANY form." This means human form or spirit form.

Charles: John 1:1, 2 only shows that Jesus is not God. Who is the Word a messenger for? Who was the Word with? Vs. 18 shows we haven't seen God. Bad choice for your arguement.

Guys It was Jesus who came to this world not God himself John1:14 says that The Word (Jesus) was made flesh and came to this world and they (John included) saw his glory as the one begotten of the Father.

The "confusing" point is when John at verse one calls The Word (Jesus) God, God and Jesus were one in purpose so John decided to call Jesus God as well.

Yes, Jesus was God. In biblical times it was well known that only God can forgive sins. There are several places in scripture where Jesus tells people their sins are fogiven.

Also.....

John 10:30 I and my Father are One.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word (Jesus) and the Word was with God and the Word was God.

The Bible is very clear that Jesus is 100% human and 100% God at the same time.

Its blasphemy to suggest that Jesus wasn't God.

One of the easiest ways to identify a false cult is if a group denies the Deity of Jesus.

Jesus never said he was God. who was Jesus praying to? you cannot pray to yourself. Jesus said you seen me you seen the Father, he was with Jehovah for billions of years before he came to earth so he knows his Father real well. Jesus said he cannot do anything without the Father in the heaven. no one has ever seen Jehovah God, not even Moses who only seen Jehovah's back but they seen Jesus Christ. when Jesus was on the stake, who resurrected Jesus. you cannot resurrect yourself. Jesus was died so he could not do it

You are confused?? The holy trinity suggests the three forms of God, (the Father, the Son, and The Holy Spirit). What do you think? What have you been taught, and what do you believe? Thats whats important.
