Don't let your wife's spouse visa expire before applying for ILR - she would become an overstayer. If in any doubt about anything, do refer to a solicitor or CAB. mistakes can be disastrous!
If you marry abroad, your wife will then apply for a spouse visa; she should come as soon as it is issued, after two years she can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain, having taking the Life in the UK test, and after another year she can become a British citizen.
She can also apply for a fiance visa to come and get married here, and then for two years Further Leave to Remain, and then for Indefinite, but as each application costs several hundred pounds, you save fees by marrying abroad.

Not really difficult as long as you have somewhere to live and earn a living (you will need to proove this) and also you will have to demonstrate the seriousness of the relationship. If you are British, then it is much, much easier to work in another EU state and then she is entitled to an EU family permit the same day at the embassy free of charge (if you are married). Then from the other EU country (like Ireland or France) you can easily travel back to UK. Also you can transit UK any time you like as long as you have an onward flight within 24 hours. So for example you can fly from Manila to Marakech, Easy Jet go form Luton to Marakech for £25 so it is quite easy to buy the ticket and then why stay in UK when you can live a good life in Agadir by the sea and easily get back to work in UK.

There aren't any princesses in the Philippines because there is no Royal family ( ha ha, what a pedant I am ). There are, however a lot of charming attractive nice girls who never get a chance in life because of the poverty of their country. If you can give one of these girls the chance to break that cycle then go for it. If you are a good man she will stay with you. I have known some Filipina in UK. The only husbands who got dumped were real jerks.

Although 'White W' may seem extreme, he is basically correct. The simple truth is many people from countries like this will do anything (even sell their body) to move to a new country. We've all heard of 'mail order brides'! Obviously, I'm not saying that's the case here. But the immigration officials will consider this a real possibility.

I dont think there is a case reported with a white man being used by the so cold short dark alien look girl. But only I heard these white man bastards bringing aids in our country. and many other diseases. How can these white man be used by an innocent and gentle race like filipina, when they claimed to be smart. I think your just saying by your opinion based on your ignorant. Its a long and boring process with plenty of paperwork, but as long as you can prove it's a genuine relationship it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
