some time out of nowhere i get pains in my chest (the middle, the side, the back, and some times all around my chest) and some times the pain is so much I have lean foward in pain and i cant breath. this last from 1 min. to 6 or more minutes. And some times it happens when I'm eating and some times when im not. What should I do? And what is it???

No one here can diagnose you. Consult a doctor asap and describe your symptoms. They will run common tests to check your heart, brain, and circulatory system to make sure nothing is wrong. Don't be too concerned but make an appointment as soon as you can.

I think you need to see a doctor very soon.
One person suggested anxiety. Maybe. But since you mentioned that it happens a lot when you're eating, I'm betting that you have a bad case of Acid Reflux.
Call your doctor Monday morning and get an appointment for that afternoon--Tuesday at the latest.

It's probably just a muscle cramp.You should increase the potacium in your diet and, for the time being take Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride 3 times a day.Just get it from your nearest pharmacy.It's a muscle relaxant and it should help.

anxiety attacks
try not to worry, only if you have stomach aches too, your arm starts to hurt, your jaw...then go to the hospital...
take some asprin...it can't hurt.
