Not only is it totally wrong, it's REALLY COOL! :o)
Seriously.....do what you enjoy and don't let your gender be a limitation. If people are telling you it's not ladylike, then just be a lady off the bike and hide your bruises and scrapes as best you can. Be a good person, do what you like...let the other people do the same and try not to care too awfully much about what they think, within reason.
Now go kick some boys in the teeth. lol :o)

Absloutely not! It's great for a female as well as a male to excel in any sport. I've enjoyed cycling, tennis, and hiking throughout my life. I highly respected the girls I met along the way who gave everything they've got to a sport. If a guy (or girl) reacts negatively to your bmx riding, then he or she is not a friend, or may be jealous of you, or is just plain prejudice. Seek out the people who respect you for you are--you deserve it.

No... whoever says yes to being wrong is plain wrong. I think you should do whatever sport you want. And I don't think that BMX is not only for men.

No! There are many girls that BMX...especially race. Look at Alise Post, Kim Hayashi, and Samantha Cools....
