No.
A Jehovah's Witness would not "donate" his blood without very specific conditions placed upon how his "donation" can be used. Of course, the Jehovah's Witness religion does not entirely disallow all blood donations.
In harmony with the bible (especially Acts 15:20,28,29), Jehovah's Witnesses reject transfusions of whole blood and the four primary components which approximate "blood". However, an individual Witness is likely to accept a targeted treatment for a targeted need. The religion tolerates the use of minor blood fractions derived from plasma, platelets, and/or red/white blood cells, and presumably these would come from blood donations.
"Our Kingdom Ministry" of November, 2006 (pages 3,4)
[quote]
Of course, many fractions are derived from blood that has been donated for medical purposes. Each Christian should make a conscientious decision as to whether he or she will accept or will reject the medical use of these substances. ...Although [Jehovah's Witness] Christians do not donate or store their own blood for transfusion purposes, some procedures or tests involving an individual’s blood are not so clearly in conflict with Bible principles. Therefore, each individual should make a conscientious decision... Your decisions should be your own and should not be based on someone else’s conscience. Likewise, no one should criticize another Christian’s decisions. In these matters, “each one will carry his own load” of responsibility.—Gal. 6:4,5.

No. We don't accept or donate blood.
Sundaysch: You need to check your sources of information....you are way off track. Better yet, the next time you come across a witness ask them personally.
KateH. why is it weird to you that someone doesn't want the contaminated blood of another person? We live in a world full of all kinds of diseases...Aids being the #1 killer. Besides that, we respect our God Jehovah........and we don't have a problem what so ever with you doing with your body what you choose, we're not beating you up about it. So why do you CARE what we do????

No. Blood is viewed as sacred in the Bible. It is not a commodity to be bought and sold.
Blood represents life. It was only to be used in animal sacrifice to God .Blood was to be poured out onto the ground and covered up,never to be stored or reused

Of course not. That wouldn't make any sense.
If you can't take in blood because it would violate Bible principles..then why would you donate your blood so others can violate Bible principles as well??

no we dont donate our blood. we dont accept because the bible tells us not to consume blood. it is in many bibles, not only in NWT. we dont donate blood because that would mean we would be giving it to someone else and helping them to break a bible principle even if they dont believe in it.

We of course can do most anything we want, with in human limits, as Christians we don't support Blood Transfusions. Since we don't support them, it wouldn't really fit for us to help others get them.

Since we believe it is wrong in God's eyes to take in blood, how could we justify giving it for someone else?

No - we do not donate blood either.
The scriptural admonition is that blood is to be "poured out on the ground". It is not to be used for sustenance or for prolonging life. The blood belongs to God. It is sacred.
Edit:
We bludgeon animals!! What???!!!!??? You are just making things up.
