I try my best. I'm more observant than my household is but I keep kosher as best I can. I'll check for the kosher symbols on most things but if it doesn't appear on something (for example, a box of crackers) but I see that every ingredient in it is technically kosher, I'll still eat it.

Peace

Kosher style at home - meaning - no pork, no shell fish, no mixing meat and milk. But the beef and chicken at home are regular not kosher. Outside - not kosher.
When my mom come to visit (only once a year), I clean and sanitize all surfaces including refrigerator and freezer and buy only kosher food!!!

Sorry, I am not Jewish, but I do keep Kosher (by choice)
it is a healthier way to live... there is a reason why god declared some animals as "unclean"...
I do mix milk and meat though....

more or less yes.

I have been keeping Kosher for the last three years, but I will admit that sometimes when I go out with friends I eat food that might not be considered 100% Kosher.

How many Jewish people who keep Kosher spend any time actually reading the scriptures? Isn't that more important?

I look for certification on every little thing.
I have two sets of dishes.
And two sinks, dishwashers, and ovens.
I wait three hours between milk and meat.
In other words, yes.

Most Jewish professionals don't seem to take Judiasm seriously, but the blue collar workers still follow many of the customs.
