i want to ask you if i can jump rope because im really stressed out right now
my friends and i compared our heights and she was similar or 1cm taller than me
this might sound a little weird, but i feel like going crazy, and moreover im sweating
if i could do some intense exercise now like jumping 4000 times?

would stretching intensely and often help me get back on the road?

is there any fast-growing techniques you know that would give me a better idea of myself?
are growth hormone pills any reliable, possibly from shoppers drug mart?

i sent it to a really close doctor i know, he's not official anymore in this region
he thinks that im really smart and possibly wise, and also believes that im good at everything and have a good, bright personality and an extremely good memory
i haven't told him about my mental issues, but does this email kind of give it away?

does the email give a vibe of my disorders, if then would he think that im retarded because of the mental illnesses i have?

I think that you need an outlet- someone to talk to like a counselor or a therapist?

I think you are intelligent and that the doctor will not think you are stupid- rather you have a lot going on-

Please confide in someone as then it might allow you to let off pressure and become calmer and not so hard on yourself .

Okay, so you seem to have borderline personality disorder along with severe manic depression. It must be your delusions of grandeur that allow you to believe that you make any sort of difference to this guy whatsoever. Leave him alone, he has a life. As egocentric as you are,it will be hard for you to learn that the whole world doesn't revolve around you. Get some medication.

we all get creative ideas, some wonderful, some a bit unconventional. Most of us have learned that our wildest ideas seem odd to other people, who have their own to cope with!

Just a little pause to ask "if I say this how will it sound?" will be fine. One of the problems with Email is that it is so easy to click SEND before reviewing what we actually said and thinking what it might convey to the other person
