Did he ever achive orgasm? The conservative Christain would be apalled at the concept, but if Jesus was man then he had testicles that filled up with sperm daily and therefore would have to be secreted either by sex (no), masterbation(no), wet dream? Wet dream would be the most innocent. But what would the dream consist of? A women? A man? What? He had to secrete being a man, there is no way you can keep filling up and not spill over. No way.

Jesus was "a man like us in all things but sin". His normal bodily functions were the same as any other man's. Why wouldn't they be? There are no moral implications in such functions. They are just a matter of biology. Incidentally, a normal nocturnal emission of semen is not "an orgasm".

Actually, the body recycles semen and sperm after a certain period of time, so it is entirely possible that he never did achieve orgasm. Testicles do not explode after years of chastity, though sometimes sanity will.
As for Jesus?
We will probably never know.

Why not? He had the same biology as everyone else. Given His culture, it's unlikely that he dreamed of sex with men, but, with the Hellenic influence, I suppose it's a possibility.
If, however, He never allowed Himself to be dominated by his biological urges, I don't see how it matters.

Jesus was 100% God and 99 % man, as He was without sin. We all came from Adam and Eve and they were sinners ,so we r sinners. Jesus came not from a man to b a sinner. So he was a clean man .
