ok, someone i know got in a car accident last night. it was next to a ditch, and they pulled it around to get it out of the way, and hide it from the police until the next day when a tow truck could come. today he went, and the car wasnt there anymore. he called all the tow companies, impound companies, and places like that, and he can't find the car. now what should he do?

Call the police and report it missing! It was either impounded (and the police will know where) or it was stolen.

I don't know why people call every tow company around. I get those calls all the time. Call the county sheriff or highway patrol office that patrols that stretch of road. If they ordered it towed, they know where it is. If they didn't it's been stolen.

There's probably nothing he can do. The car is most likely in pieces right now. I'm willing to bet somebody came along, saw a wrecked car, and towed it off for spare parts. If this ever happens to you, stay with the car until it can be taken care of, even if it means sleeping in the car.

If i'm understand-how this precise it seems such as you have been pulling out of a carpark to tutor left onto a highway. The highway is 4 lanes on the two facets. the two lanes of site visitors closest to you, heading the different way of ways you have been turning stopped to assist you to pull out in front of them to tutor. the female that hit you became into traveling interior the third lane over (out of the 4 lanes which you have been crossing in front of to tutor)? if that's the case than you're at fault. the female that hit you had the main suitable of way. even however the two lanes of site visitors have been waving you on, you nonetheless did no longer have the main suitable of way. it is not proper that her brakes have been going out. I even have worked as an coverage agent for the previous 9.5 years & I even have seen a number of injuries very resembling this one. In all of them, the guy who became into pulling out in front of site visitors to tutor left became into deemed at fault. desire this permits.

he should post pictures up saying "LOST CAR"
and the story attached to it.
Leave out the detail about hiding it from the police though!
* also add a picture of the car.
if you don't have one then describe it VERY well.
GOODLUCK!
