The system seems to "run".. you can hear it .. and the lights are on.. door works.. but nothing comes on the tv screen.. ( just a few lines) has worked perfectly in the past.. anyone have some ideas as to how to get it up and working again? thanks in advance..we've changed tvs, power cords all with same results....

did you make sure the AV t SCART plug has the correctly coloured plugsd to the socket
and it is in properly
the AV plugs tend to become loose as do the SCART plugs
you could also try changing the AV/SCART cable or plugging it into a different coket on your tv

are all of the cords plugged? if so u have to setup the t.v. som of them are a pain in the butt to set up. though like i said if the cords coming from the ps2 are hooked up to the t.v. and it all doesnt work still it is the t.v.
