If being younger than the guys you supervise, it happens and I'm in that position now for several of my guys. At first it is imtimidating, but when I started getting my butt chewed due to them, I got over it fast!

are you suggesting that if the older people were younger would they still make the same choices? i don't know i don't have time to ask other peoples questions, i have enough problems asking my own.
