Ok so There is this cat that showed up around June this year! And he was sooo scrawny. And we're in a drought and there was no way i was gonna let him strave or thirst to death. So i went out an bought him some bowls and I feed him cat food (purina naturals) I really know only the basics of caring for a cat! lol (becaise I'm a dog person) but he is so darn cute and I love him so much! And so do my 2 chihuahuas! They are his best friends lol Right now my mother and I have to stay with my grandmother. (I'M 16) . And my grandmother will not let him stay inside. So whenver we move (we'll be moving a couple of hours away) I want to take him with me.(my mom is allowig this) But he'll be an inside cat. How much would all his vaccinations, supplies, and neutering (and also the one-time cost of grooming). And how hard will it be to litter train an older cat (im guessing hes anywhere form 2-5 years!)
And any tips and advice on having a cat!....By the way I get a check every month

It's difficult to give you an exact price of the neutering, vaccinations, supplies, etc., because it usually depends on what your veterinarian will charge you. However, it won't break the bank, and neutering is a one-time thing. The vaccinations are every other year, and you won't need many supplies, other than litter and a litter pan and maybe a few cat toys, since you already have dishes for his food and water. It's not necessary to groom cats, as they generally groom themselves, but if this kitty is really scroungey, you may want to have him groomed at least once. If he's long-haired, just brushing him so he doesn't get matted will be enough. Cats are clean animals, and generally are litter trained shortly after they are born, as their mothers attend to this. There are many books on the care of cats, and those should give you a lot of valuable hints. The main thing you can give him aside from the basics is lots of love, which you will get in return. Take it from me -- I'm a cat person. Good luck, and God bless you for adopting this precious kitty.

What a beautiful cat!
If you go to your local Humane Society is is about $50 to neuter a cat. Vaccinations- about $20
Other things that you need are a litter box and scoop- about $6-$7
Litter, cat food, brush maybe a little toy to play with.

Cats are inexpensive to have.I see you have a cute Chihuahua. Its nice that your cat and dogs like each other.
.My Chihuahua is expensive because she has more clothes than I do. Good thing cats don't wear clothes.
Definately keep the cat!!

The cost for getting him vaccinated, depending on the doctor, will most likely cost most of that check that you get, and possibly a little more.

Good luck!

Here are some sites you can go to. I don't know how to post links, sorry! :

Zombie, just like the cat from the ebook The final Days by using scott westerfield! Dont provide it a human title, its so silly to call pets stuff like charolette and stuff. Identify it whatever neat and enjoyable! Pet names I've used Dottsies Hissy Dirtbag Elvis Noodle Lulu Blu Lolo Flower Pooka Rwarie Poppy Kio Smoke Locky Loki Boo Poke Fluff Killer Doomie and many others I was once going to name my new ferret zombie but i ended up calling her noodle seeing that i like gorillaz and after I pick her up she turns right into a limp noodle!

Well it might not be thta hard. I had a cat one time, and he always went outside. He NEVER used the litter box. But when he got sick, he had to stay in those cages at the vets office for a while, and he knew to use his litter box becuase, its the only sand around then, and they have no other choice but to use it. I hope this helps!!!
