Im having breast tenderness what should i do

PMS if it is the week before your period. I suggest you try taking evening primrose oil as I had this then fibrocystic breast disease and was told their was no treatment! I was put on evening primrose oil for another health condition and no more tender breasts!

Is it near your period? If so, its normal.

go get a mammogram if your old enough??
