I Need a nurses opinion, I cant breath out my nose every since i got my nose piercing,its always stuff up???

That should not happen, unless the septum was pierced, instead of the nostril.
See a doctor - you could have a hematoma, or an infection.

Maybe your snot went mouldy.. Take it out?

god created you with only so many holes . when you add to gods design it might mess you up

you should take it out its probably clogging your nose.
