What happen to the Winchester Model 70 that white feather
( Gunny Sgt. Hathcock) used in Vietnam? Is it in a Museum?

In all likelihood, the rifle(s) Gunny Hathcock used were returned to his unit armory and reissued after he left each unit. Notwithstanding the gear we transferred to the RVN or simply abandoned at the end, everything came home. Chances are it was either sold off as surplus or (more likely) transferred to one of our allies under the foreign military sales program.

One must remember that Hathcock was largely unknown outside the Corps in the immediate aftermath of the war. He didn't become more widely known until Charles Henderson published Marine Sniper: 93 Confirmed Kills in the 1980s. It's probable that no one thought to secure one of 'his' rifles until long after it was too late.

UPDATE: the National Museum of the Marine Corps has on display the rifle used by sinper LCPL Charles Mawhinney (103 kills) in Viet Nam. (see link below)

If it was U.S. military issue then it probably served on long after Hathcock finished his tour of duty, you use it, you don't own it, as the U.S. abandoned Vietnam, much military material was left behind, falling into the hands of the North Vietnamese.
