No, but he did have some good points. He was gifted for sure and sometimes used of God. I do believe that he was allowed to deliver a message through his music, a lot of the time. If it was prophetic in nature, then it was from God, not Bob Marley.

Depends on the definition of prophet. He was certainly wise and had great insight and foresight.
