I don't think we have had a crash of crops in the US, at least not in recent history. Farmers are pretty good at growing stalks of corn and such.

stalk market crash, don't know if i ever heard of one,.....but if you are talking about stock market crash, well that is another story,.....

actual crash? late eighties. we've had a pretty big recession since. handed down from clinton and the .com bubble bursting. G.W. has done a pretty good job considering the DEMs refuse to acknowledge or even believe it.

ACTUAL TERM FOR CRASH WAS 1930'S.
SINCE THAT TIME WE HAVE NOT A CRASH PER SE ONLY MAJOR FLUCTUATIONS IN THE ECONOMY.
