Digital Cameras..?

Question

I'm looking into purchasing a nice digital camera, I'm not sure what brand to get and I don't want to spend too much. No more then $200 i'm thinking. If anyone has any suggestions of great digital camera's please let me know your opinions!!

I'm also looking for something thinner, smaller, and sleek looking.

If i were you i'd extend that to 250$ because that is where you will really get some good cameras for example:

1: the canon powershot sx100 has 10x optical zoom, 8 megapixels, and Face detection. Its a stunning camera. Great for taking pictures of people because it automaticaly focuses on the person. without the depth of field affect. Has Image stabilizations.

2. Theres also the Lumix dmc-tz3 which also has 10x optical zoom, but it has 7.1 mega pixels this camera has a wonderful image stabilizations option

Those are 2 extremely good cameras for just 50$ more

I would recommend you Canon SD800. You should get a deal around $200 during holidays. Good picture quality, 3.8x zoom and an amazing 7.1 megapixel for a compact camera. You can even shoot videos with sound.

Anything made by Canon that is in your price range will be fine. The SD series are the most compact.

I prefer Kodak cameras. They take awesome pics. I have purchased 2 Kodaks and I am very pleased with them both.

Go with a Canon or a Nikon. They are the best. I prefer Canon.
