See a Doc and first find out if the back problem is due to bones, discs or muscles problems. Then take it from their.

Your back is out of line. Try rolling on a rolling pin you know those pie things. Also try head rolls. Roll up like a ball, cover your head and just roll forward as easy as you can. Do this a couple of times then take a warm bath. And or have someone walk on your back. Always works for me.

first, don't have anyone who weighs more than 25 lbs. walk on your back. it can cause more injury. try to recall when you injuriedd your back ans see a physical therapist or chiropractor
